This fermented hot sauce is made from our organically grown red jalapeño peppers, onions, and garlic, with natural sea salt and a touch of vinegar.
We grow all our peppers and make our small-batch hot sauce right here in Corrales, New Mexico, because we believe to have a quality product you need to have quality ingredients. Here in the Middle Rio Grande Valley at 5,000 feet, the hot days and cool nights help concentrate sweetness and heat in the peppers that create complex flavors in our hot sauces. Like the green jalapeño, this pepper has a fresh and bright flavor but with more sweetness and tang as it ripens and turns red.
